Thank you very much for sending this - it is always interesting to examine these optical puzzles. Who knows what it is? Likely candidates are a buoy used for some sort of fishing. Or even a silver beach ball gone astray - but maybe a bit too small. If somebody who lives near this beach could cast their eyes around and see if there is a silver buoy in use, that would settle the discussion. But, who knows?
